Alkifah has become an expert in handling housing projects of this capacity. With a staggering building area of 361,837 m2 and a total cost of 845 million SAR this project has included utilities. One of the challenges in this project was that the project was split into three different sites and required uniformity across all works. This project is located in dammam and is one of many MOD projects completed by Alkifah. The centralised monitoring of these projects and comparing their numbers together by the control department has proved to be a most valuable asset to the timely completion of these projects.
