SECONDARY INFRASTRUCTURE & CONSTRUCTION OF 307 VILLA - AlKifah Contracting

This project was a fast scheduled project since it has extensive use for precast prefabrication method. 307 precast residential villas were completed with a mosque in the jalmudah district. Typically in precast projects there is a trade of cost to time . basically you spend more to finish faster. Careful construction planning and scheduling must be carried out in a project of this scope. This is where the planning engineers of alkifah have demonstrated excellent skills and high coordination. The total cost of the project was approximately 530 million SAR.
